This website was created by four 9th grade students by the names of Arthur Exul, Ta'Mia Daniels, Tyleeah Williams, and Jahlon Cobbs for a Literature and Composition final project. This website covers key concepts of a novel written by Joyce Carol Oates called Big Mouth & Ugly girl. This website provides readers with chapter summaries which summarize the individual chapters of the entire book although some may be grouped. There is another page which covers the character analysis of each of the main characters in the story.The character analysis page provides information on a character's traits, their role in the story, and the conflicts they experience. The next page is title the literary luminary , the literary luminary page is a page created to discuss the importance of quotes and scenes we hand picked from the story that stood out to us. We also discussed how it connects to something we have previously read, seen or witnessed in life. We also discuss what affect it has on the tone of the novel. The Book review page discusses our feelings towards the book basically giving the book a grade from A-F using textual evidence.The person responsible for creating the book review page also has to find and argumentative essay commenting on one topic in the book and write either a negative or positive response to it, which would also be found on the book review page. The Questions and Discussions page provides visuals of our group giving there opinion and feelings towards certain open-ended questions based on the story. We also created  a visual movie trailer with different scenes from the book that would be most interesting to view in the preview if the book were to be made into a movie which is located on its on individual page titled "Movie Trailer". The last page is the "About the Author" pageit provides readers with information about the authors life and other works.
